  • After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property.
  • Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property and/or identification documents. Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law. Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.

Property Access

  • Accessing this property requires use of stairs. The ground level is parking, and you go up 3 floors to enter the condo.
  • The walk to and from the base area includes sections without a sidewalk and a short section which is steep. Walking to the base area is not recommended in the winter, when it is icy, or if you have limited mobility.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 30 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.
  • Pets are not allowed (maxPets: 0).
  • Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size, and any changes may affect the total cost or deposit requirements.

Fees and Payments

  • A cleaning fee is required for the final cleaning after the rental period has ended.
  • For stays of more than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week.
